Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1: You can now filter whether you want to see the Windows updates in "Add or Remove Programs" list
The "Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit" features a tool called "Cmdhere.inf:" that integrates itself into the OS to allow you to open a command-prompt via a right-click. When you install Cmdhere.inf it changes your right-click context menu so that, when you right click on a folder, a new option "Command Here" will be available
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1: Internet Explorer Add-On Management features allow you to view/control the list of objects that can be loaded by Internet Explorer
