The "Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit" features a tool called "Cmdhere.inf:" that integrates itself into the OS to allow you to open a command-prompt via a right-click. When you install Cmdhere.inf it changes your right-click context menu so that, when you right click on a folder, a new option "Command Here" will be available
Helpful Keyboard Shortcuts: "CTRL" + "SHIFT" + "F10" brings up the File menu or properties for the selected item
