Pt. 1 - Discussion on Private Namespace Domains and Building the LearnItFirst Local Domain - view details
In this video, you?ll learn how to create a Windows 2003 Active Directory using a Private (local) namespace. In this series, the Active Directory for LearnItFirst.local will be created, configured, and managed. Usage of a private namespace is very common in Active Directory deployments, as it avoids mixups between your public (.com, .net, .org, etc) domain name and your Active Directory domain. This 5-part series includes creating the first and second domain controllers, configuring DNS on both Domain Controllers, Active Directory Sites, and raising Functional Levels. Everything you need to create an Active Directory is in this series!
